Online Store Terms
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally able to make purchases online and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Product Information
We try our best to display product photos, colors, descriptions and sizing information as accurately as possible.
However, please note that:
- Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings or photo editing.
- Manual measurements may have a 1–3 cm difference.
- Some items may have slight differences between production batches.
- Styling accessories shown in photos may not be included unless clearly stated.
Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean the order has been accepted permanently.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Orders that appear to be placed for resale without permission
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and arrange a refund where applicable.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We are not responsible for any extra bank fees, currency conversion fees or payment provider charges.
Pre-order Items
Some items may be sold as pre-order items.
For pre-order products:
- The estimated shipping date is for reference only.
- Production or shipping delays may happen due to factory, logistics, customs or other reasons beyond our control.
- Pre-order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment.
- After 24 hours, pre-order orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective or unavailable.
- If the item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait for the estimated production and shipping period.
Shipping
We mainly ship orders using EC-Ship / Hongkong Post shipping services and other available international shipping partners when necessary.
Processing time, shipping time, customs duties and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
In general:
- Return or exchange requests must be made within the stated return period.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Items with perfume, makeup marks, stains, damage or signs of wear cannot be returned.
- For size issues or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Final sale, clearance, accessories, socks, intimate items and pre-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund or refund depending on the situation.
Damage caused by improper washing, wearing, handling or customer misuse is not considered a product defect.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Promotions may be changed, extended or ended at any time without prior notice.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photos, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs and branding, belongs to KARISUMA or is used with permission.
