Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks or damage
- In their original condition with all tags and packaging attached
For size issues or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We mainly offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns. Refunds may be provided depending on the situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund or refund depending on the case.
Pre-order Items
Pre-order items are made or arranged specially after purchase. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment.
After 24 hours, pre-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective or unavailable.
Estimated shipping dates are for reference only and may be affected by production, customs or logistics delays.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn, washed or damaged items
- Items with perfume, makeup marks or stains
- Final sale / clearance items
- Accessories, socks or intimate items
- Items returned without approval
- Requests made after the return period
Shipping Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages caused by incorrect addresses.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
