Shipping Method

We currently ship our orders mainly through EC-Ship / Hongkong Post shipping services and other available international shipping partners when necessary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For pre-order items, processing time may be longer depending on production and arrival schedule. The estimated shipping date shown on the product page is for reference only.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance and local postal service.

General estimated delivery time:

  • Hong Kong : 2–5 business days
  • United States :  9-12 business days
  • Europe : 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery time may be affected by customs, holidays, weather, postal delays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.

Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be shown on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If the package is delayed, returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the loss.
If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the postal service or local courier.

If your package is delayed, we will do our best to help you check the tracking status. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs or local delivery services.

If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package or unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
